FOCCA is nonprofit 501c3.  Volunteers organize fundraisers and ask for donations to provide funding for medical care for needy animals in Clay County, Florida.  They may be sick, need surgery, or are heart worm positive. Some of these animals are wards of the county shelter and in need of medical care beyond what the county budget allows. Some shelter dogs are in boarding due to limited shelter space. Others have been taken out of the shelter system by a rescue group, which is actively working to help these animals heal so they can find homes. We want to support these verifiable rescue efforts by providing some of the funding necessary.

 

100% of donated funds are used for the animals.

$15 – buys heartworm preventative for fostered animals
$25 – pays for medications

$200-sponsors a life saving heart worm treatment

approx $25 daily - $300 monthly for boarding
